河内集落の南方にのびる林道沿いで、別所川に流れ込む支流の１つ。周囲は梅林で、河道は三面ともコンクリート張り、底はコンクリートの中に礫が埋め込まれているが底質の堆積はない。たもあみで捕獲されたのはヘビトンボの幼虫とサワガニ。
